With Mamburao experiencing unfaltering rain for almost a week, the construction of temporary bridge and access road at Sitio Sawmill at Brgy. Balansay has been put on hold.
The structure is meant to allow continuous flow of traffic once the construction of new Taberna Bridge starts.
